Is Elycura available in physical stores?
The products from Elycura are available exclusively online at elycura.com. This way, you always get fresh, high‑quality goods directly from the manufacturer.
What does the 30‑day trial period mean?
You can test Elycura products for 30 days without obligation. Not satisfied? Simply contact us at: help@elycura.com
Conditions of the 30‑day trial period (voluntary additional service):
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused and undamaged.
- For hygienic reasons, returns of opened/used/“worn” products are excluded, provided these are sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal was removed after delivery.
Note: Your legal 30‑day right of withdrawal for online purchases remains unaffected. Any return costs are based on our cancellation policy.

How do I use your products?
Our products are designed for daily, uncomplicated use. Please follow the instructions on the product label as well as on the respective product page.
What ingredients are used?
We use carefully selected, gentle ingredients without aggressive chemicals, parabens, or artificial additives. The complete INCI list can be found on the respective product detail page.
Are there any side effects?
Our products are generally well tolerated. In case of pre‑existing conditions, known sensitivities, or allergies, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using and, if necessary, carry out a patch test.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes – you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible at: help@elycura.com. After 24 hours, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible because your order may already be processed or shipped. Your legal right of withdrawal upon receipt remains unaffected.

- For international orders, different shipping costs may be displayed at checkout depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
I entered an incorrect delivery address – what now?
- Please contact us immediately.
- If shipping has not yet taken place, we will update the address for you.
- If the package has already been shipped, additional shipping costs may apply for re‑delivery.
My package is lost – what should I do?
Please contact us immediately at help@elycura.com. We will check the case with the shipping provider and find a solution (e.g., replacement delivery or refund, depending on the result of the investigation).
Notes on customs & taxes
- Within Great Britain, no customs duties apply. VAT is charged according to applicable distance selling rules (OSS).
- Outside Great Britain, import duties/customs/taxes may apply, which must be borne by the recipient.

How can I return or exchange a product?
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at help@elycura.com.
Returns/exchanges are possible in the following cases, among others:
- Manufacturing defects
- Transport damage
