It is a small adhesive patch, cut to sit close to the skin and stay where you put it. You peel one, press it on, leave it in place for a few hours or overnight, then lift it off. There is nothing to rinse away afterwards. It is thin enough to sit under a collar or a sleeve without anyone noticing, so you can wear one through a working day, an afternoon at home, or while you sleep.
Use it on the neck, the chest, the underarms or the hands. Some people keep a box in the drawer and reach for one now and then.
